Thank you, Frank, of NorCal Refrigeration. This man does fantastic work, is very fast, extremely knowledgeable, professional, articulate, prompt, prepared and communicative.
He had my fridge up and running in less than an hour from arrival, gave me an estimate, performed the work, and itemized the bill to show labor and parts for my records.
He gave me all sorts of advice and told me what to expect from his repair. Frank: You are the Fridge Whisperer!

Awesome!
Woke up to spoiled milk and smelly fridge…fridge not working at all.
I called this morning at 10 am. It is 11:42am my fridge has been fixed in less than 2 hours from call to departure.
Albert was friendly, honest, and quick. he told me what was wrong, gave me an estimate, had the part in his truck, fixed it and was gone by 11:30

9:23 AM Fridge is officially on the fritz. Call placed to NorCal.11:30 AM NorCal guys arrive and courteously begin disassembling le fridge.11:45 AM Problem is diagnosed and very fair estimate given.12:30 PM Work complete and fridge is back in working order.These guys rock. They transformed what I thought was going to be a crap day dealing with spoiled food and wallet burn into a minor bump in the road. I’d definitely use ‘em again.

My wife and I woke up at 2AM to the sound of our refrigerator making a horribly loud noise. It sounded like truck downshifting. It was so loud I thought for sure that it was going to wake the neighbors and I would hear about it the next day.
I called Frank at Norcal. He came right over and diagnosed the problem on sight and told me exactly how much it would cost. He fixed it quickly and very reasonably. He is a very hard working guy as he even cleaned up thoroughly.Frank’s competence, good attitude, honesty,and personable nature exemplified one of the very best best experiences that I have had with any repair service.
I would not hesitate to use him again.
